Terms

The short version: Tripslate organises your trip. It does not sell you the trip, and it is not the airline. Everything below follows from those two facts.

What Tripslate is

Tripslate is a travel companion: it holds your bookings, plans, flights and documents, and tells you what is coming next. You need an account, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for the content you put into your trips.

It is not a travel agent

Tripslate does not sell flights, accommodation, or any other travel product, and it never books anything on your behalf. Where it shows a booking link, that link goes to a third party who sells the thing, and Tripslate may earn a commission if you buy there. Your contract for any booking is with that seller, not with Tripslate. Prices, availability, and terms belong to them.

Flight and weather information

Flight status, gates, and forecasts come from third-party data providers. They are usually right and sometimes late or wrong. Tripslate shows how old a value is rather than presenting a stale one as current, but it cannot guarantee accuracy, and it is not a substitute for the airline or airport as the authority on your flight. Always check with the airline before you travel.

AI features

The trip wizard and the written day brief use language models. They produce drafts and suggestions. AI in Tripslate never changes or deletes anything by itself: a suggestion stays visibly a suggestion until you apply it. Models can be wrong about opening hours, prices, and travel times, so treat what they produce as a starting point and verify anything that matters.

Subscriptions

Free trial of 7 days, or 3 days on the weekly plan. A subscription is purchased through Apple, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. Prices are set per country and shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by Tripslate.

If a subscription lapses, nothing you created is deleted. Features that are part of Pro stop being available, and the free plan’s limits apply again.

Sharing

Sharing a trip gives the people you invite read-only access to that trip. They cannot change it. You choose whether the files attached to it are included. You can withdraw access at any time. Only share trips with people you intend to show your travel details to.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tripslate to store anything unlawful, and do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Accounts doing either can be suspended.

Availability and liability

Tripslate is provided as it is. It is built to keep working offline once your trip is on the device, but the service can still be interrupted, and third-party data can fail. To the extent the law allows, Tripslate is not liable for missed flights, missed bookings, or other losses arising from using it or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

These terms can change. When they change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
