What do I get without paying?
Your trips, days and plans, weather for the days you are travelling, reminders, map links and the magazine, with no time limit. You also get 5 AI actions a month, spent on the trip wizard, and the wizard plans trips of up to 4 nights.
What does Pro add?
Flight status and flight alerts, attachments, sharing a trip read-only, PDF and calendar exports, the written day brief every morning of a trip, and the wizard with no monthly limit, planning trips of up to 10 nights.
Does it work without signal?
Yes, for the trip you are on. Days, plans, confirmation codes, the documents you attached and the map tiles around them are mirrored to the device before you leave. Live values like flight status need a connection to refresh, and when one is older than it looks the app tells you how old it is rather than showing a stale number as current.
Will it book anything for me?
No. Tripslate never books, buys, or cancels anything. Where it shows a booking link, that link opens the site that sells the thing, and your booking is with them.
Can the AI change my trip on its own?
No. AI proposes and you dispose. A suggestion stays visibly a suggestion until you apply it, nothing is ever deleted by it, and it never blocks what you were doing. If an AI feature is unavailable, you get a plain explanation and the app keeps working.
Who can see a trip I share?
Only the specific people you invite by email, and only read-only. They need a Tripslate account with the invited address. You choose whether attached files are included, and you can withdraw access at any time.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple account settings, under subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Nothing you created is deleted when a subscription lapses: the Pro features stop, and the free plan's limits apply again.
How do I delete my account?
From within the app. Deleting your account removes your trips, plans and attachments along with the account itself. If you would rather it were done for you, write in and ask.
